Great price compared to 9.99 for 18 cups from Bed Bath & Beyond. I am able to run 16oz. through one cup to get a very nice cup of coffee, for my tastes. Add a little pumpkin spice Intl Delight and it’s tops.

Pleasing Coffee

I like this coffee. As others note, it’s not strong enough to shoot a double brew into your cup, but it is still strong enough with a large cup. Not bitter, not burnt tasting. In short a great cup.

I’ve had my k-cup brewer for about six months now. In that time, I’ve sampled several coffees, including all the major names. The donutshop blend is medium in strength with an ever so slight sweet flavor. It is well-balanced and plenty strong for me. Thus far, it is my hands-down favorite among the k-cup varieties. Delicious.

The coffee has a light bold taste which is very good for everyday coffee. The delivery was on time. The price was approx 30% discount over purchasing at local store.

This is a good product. If you are accustomed to the burnt flavor of Starbucks this will seem a bit tame. But it is a good flavored fairly robust coffee. I will buy it again.

Shipping is good and quick. All K-cup coffee is a little weak. Think I’ll try French Roast next time. the taste is good, though.

Great cup of coffee

We have two different single serving coffee machines here at the office, one being a Flavia machine that the company pays for and another being a Keurig machine that one of my co-workers brought in after he could just not endure the Flavia stuff anymore. After trying a few cups of different Keurig offerings I switched as well as I had to agree that the Flavia coffee is terrible, especially by comparison.

One of the reasons I switched was because another co-worker introduced me to the Coffee People Donut Shop coffee. A donut with sprinkles decorates the top of the k-cup and attracts the gaze. Once I tried it I was hooked.

The Coffee People Donut Shop coffee has a full body to it, but is easy to drink as the flavor is not too strong, it’s not bitter or burnt tasting. A little bit stronger than say Dunkin Donuts regular coffee which some of my co-workers drink. Highly recommended.

Great taste – poor packaging wastes k-cups

I love the taste of this coffee. But apparently they have poor quality control. These K-cups come too full and they tend to not brew properly. You can always tell when you got a bad cup, because the grounds are so packed in the cup that the water doesn’t come out completely and your cup of coffee will have less liquid than you are used to. Sure enough, when you go to lift the K-cup out of the Keurig for disposal, you will find it is very heavy compared to others. We also know this is a problem with Coffee People DOnut Shop k-cups only, because my husband drinks a different brand and never has this problem.

It doesn’t happen all the time, and I have found if I shake the k-cup before putting it in the Keurig, it happens less frequently, but it still happens.

I’ve tried ordering from Coffee People multiple times to see if it was a one time manufacturing glitch, but it appears every time I buy a box of their K-cups I have a problem with 10-15% of them.

Fortunately, another brand is offering a donut shop coffee which I tried with this last order and I find it just as pleasing.
